All formal requests must be made in writing.

"Mommy can you please, make me a bowl of Cheerios?" asks Gio.

"Mmmmmm hmmm," I mumble, while doing the dishes, laundry, blogging and tweeting.

He didn't bother asking for breakfast, again. He wrote out his request instead. How does a four-year-old know to put his requests, ones he wants me to take seriously, in writing???
