As readers can see from the picture, Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow today, predicting six more weeks of Winter.
All I can say to PP is, "dude you really should try looking out the window when forecasting the weather."
California has had a dry, warm Winter so far. But February will be the real test because it tends to be one of the rainiest months of the year.
