Well, if the guys didn't have Kelly Slater, I reckon the women's surfing contest would probably be more exciting to watch than the men's. Right now it's about a tie.......
Though Jordy Smith vs Joel Parkinson was definitely a nail biter. And arguably the best men's heat was Taj Burrow vs Adriano De Souza. Looks like De Souza's shotgun gesture backfired on him.
"What's his problem?" asks Hubby of De Souza after he simulated pointing a gun and firing at Burrow.
"He's a Brazilian surfer," I say. "They're aggronauts."
Who knows maybe, Burrow could finally win a world surfing title if enough competitors egg him on?
"Taj you're such a wanker."
