It's always challenging to run errands that involve buying food when Nadia Dog is in tow. Normally, when I leave her alone in the car, I tie her in, so she can't get to the food, but today I forgot.
"Nadia!" I shout. "I can't believe you ripped a hole in the cat food bag and ate it! Naughty dog!"
"Burp," was all she had to say for herself.
Then when we got home she had the nerve to ask, "Where's my dinner?"
